6. To understand the foreign exchange policy and to solve the related issues;

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance or other related majors;
2. 8+ years solid experience with the manager position in multinational company;
3. Responsible, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills, good command in both verbal and written English;
4. Familiar with domestic rules and regulations in taxation, good practice of financial analysis;
5. Experience with R&D Center or Semiconductor industry is preferred.

System Engineer, CAD Focus
Description：
Responsibility:
1.Work with US partner to provide system integration service including CAD/CAE/CAT etc based on customer needs
2.Mainly focus on CAD (Mainly Pro/E) system integration and support some IT related work like PDM, system administration
3.Create design cases (3D model & 2D drawings) in Pro/E & other CAD system based on customer requirements
Responsibility:

3.Do parametric modeling in Pro/E linked to customer products
4.Serve as administrator for CAD & integration software system
5.As system engineer, to implement the integration solution to a dedicated customer
6.Trainer to other engineer to do some simple modeling in Pro/E and other CAD systems
